HOW OFTEN DO YOU SUPPLEMENT PRODUCT SIZES?

The Customer Service Department supervises the e-shop inventory on a daily basis. If we run out of any product or size, it will be supplemented as soon as possible. If the product is not in stock, it will be removed from the e-shop.

HOW DO I CHECK WHETHER A PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?

Each product whose photo is presented in the Taranko E-Shop and which has specific sizes available in the selection option is in stock.

ARE THERE SPECIAL OFFERS IN TARANKO E-SHOP?

Yes, we are planning special offers for the e-shop.

WILL I RECEIVE THE PRODUCT SHOWN ON THE PICTURE?

Yes, products on pictures are identical with those sent to Customers.

HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the stage of your order in the ORDERS tab on your account.

CAN I REMOVE A PRODUCT FROM THE BASKET?

Yes, if the order has not been accepted for completion.

CAN I RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS IN TARANKO TO MY E-MAIL ACCOUNT?

Certainly, just sign in for the Taranko Newsletter.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, if the order has not been accepted for completion.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE A PRODUCT DIFFERENT THAN THE ORDERED ONE?

If you have mistakenly received a product different than the ordered one, please contact the Customer Service.

CAN I STOP RECEIVING THE NEWSLETTER?

Yes, just follow the link in each message sent by the Newsletter and click: Stop e-mails.

CAN I RECOVER A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

In the “Log in” tab select “Recover my password.” Then you will receive an e-mail with a new password.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THE PURCHASE PROCESS HAS BEEN BE CORRECT?

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm the order. For a package with the ordered product to be sent, please click on this link.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO ORDER?

No, you can purchase without registration.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE THE E-MAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER?

To see information about the order, log in and go to the ORDERS tab.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ORDERED PRODUCT?

All payment information is available in the PAYMENT tab.

CAN I RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE?

Yes, just tick an appropriate option when placing an order.

HOW QUICKLY WILL THE PACKAGE BE DELIVERED TO ME?

WHAT IS THE MODE AND COST OF DELIVERY?

HOW QUICKLY WILL THE PACKAGE WITH MY ORDER BE SENT?

The order will be shipped within 72 hours from the booking of payment, however, we try to ship ordered products on the same day we receive the payment. Shipments are made only on working days.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF POLAND?

Yes. All delivery information is available in the DELIVERY tab.

WHAT IF THE SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT?

If the shipment is damaged or its content differs from the order, there are two options:
refuse to accept the shipment, complete a report witnessed by the Courier and/or immediately contact the Taranko e-shop
if you have realised the shipment is damaged after accepting it, please contact the Taranko e-shop immediately.

HOW DO I SELECT THE MOST SUITABLE SIZE?

To select the perfect size, please use the size table described as “How to select a suitable size?” next to each product.

WHAT DOES THE MAGNIFYING GLASS ICON ON THE PRODUCT PICTURE MEAN?

Clicking on the glass will enlarge the picture for you to see details of the offered products.

WHAT DOES THE STAR ICON ON THE PRODUCT PICTURE MEAN?

Clicking the star automatically saves the product in the WATCHED ones.

WHAT DOES THE “WATCH” BUTTON DO?

Watched products may be used to create a combination and make sure products that you want to buy match. It is also a perfect solution when you want to postpone shopping. Watching products may also be a convenient way of browsing through Taranko products – browsing through all products or a specific section you may select and watch only the products that you like, and then take a closer look in the “watched” section and make the final decision.
