REFUND PERIOD

Returns of online orders

You can make a return without stating a reason by submitting your return request online via our website or mobile application, or by e-mail (to the address: [email protected]), within 30 days of accepting the order for processing.

Returns of in-store purchases

For purchases made in our physical stores, the return period is 14 days. Refunds are issued in the form of gift cards.

 

 

RETURN DECLARATION & FORM

The returned product must be sent back in the same condition in which it was delivered, must not be damaged or destroyed, must not bear any signs of use and must have the original tags and, if possible, the original packaging.

TO MAKE A RETURN, PLEASE:

• Carefully pack and secure the product.
• Use the online return option available after logging into your customer account on our website under My Orders → Return Products.
• If the purchase was made without logging in, use the return form available at: RETURN FOR GUEST CUSTOMERS
• If you do not wish to use the online return option, you may complete the return form that was sent with the product and include it in the parcel with the returned product.
• Send the returned product to the following address:

Regardless of the chosen return method, please include the completed return form that was sent with the product in your return shipment (if you do not have the form you can print it here - DOWNLOAD FORM).

We do not accept parcels from parcel machines, collection points or sent COD.

To return a parcel via parcel machine, go to inpost.pl/SzybkieNadania and select PACZKOMAT->DOM (here enter the above TARANKO address).

 

 

DEADLINE FOR RETURNS

Within 14 days from the day on which you deliver the goods to the e-shop together with a completed and signed declaration of return - withdrawal from the contract, we shall refund the payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of the goods, except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the e-shop. We declare that we shall be entitled to withhold reimbursement of payments until we have received the goods back. The customer shall bear the costs of shipping the goods to the E-Shop. You can also submit the return declaration by e-mail to the E-Store address [email protected]. The Customer shall be obliged to return the goods to the Seller immediately, but no later than within 7 days from the day on which the withdrawal from the sales contract was notified. It is sufficient to send the goods back before the deadline.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

 

You will be informed by e-mail about the processing of your complaint.

 

DEADLINE

We will process your complaint within 14 days of receiving the parcel with the goods. If the goods do not conform to the contract, you can make a warranty claim and request one of three actions:

exchange the goods for a new one
repair the goods
withdraw from the contract - if the defect is significant.

We do not accept parcels sent COD.
The cost of delivery of the claimed goods to the Seller, and in case of positive consideration of the complaint, also the cost of sending the goods to the Customer shall be borne by the Seller.
