We’re free to mix sneakers with elegant dresses, chucks with suits, and high heels with dungarees. In other words - we're being spoiled! Enjoy! Nobody imposes any specific looks, so why don’t we enjoy the luxury of freedom of choice of cuts, styles and colours?

Today, we’ll demonstrate how the lace, typically associated with evening dresses and lingerie, gets by in daily life.
Przede wszystkim jakość. Koronka musi być delikatna w dotyku, przyjemna dla skóry. Bawełniana czy poliestrowa nie może być sztywna i „drapać”, nie będzie się wtedy dobrze układała a jej noszenie będzie udręką. Jeśli kupujecie ubranie z poliestrowej koronki, pamiętajcie o tym, żeby się nie świeciła zbyt mocno (chyba, że ma w sobie np. srebrną czy brokatową nitkę), inaczej będziecie wyglądać jak w firanie.
First thing - the quality. A lace needs to be soft in touch and gentle on skin. Cotton or polyester, it cannot be stiff or itchy. Otherwise it won't fit properly and wearing it will become nothing short of a nightmare. If you’re buying clothes with polyester lace – remember – don’t let it be too shiny (unless it has a silver or glitter thread in it), or it will make you look as if you're wearing a net curtain.
Po drugie kolor. Czarny faktycznie może być zbyt elegancki do pracy, tym bardziej w połączeniu ze szpilkami. Pamiętajcie jednak, że mamy lato! A latem najpiękniej wyglądacie w kolorach!:) Na co dzień wybierzcie pastele, które subtelnie Was wyróżnią.
Second thing – the colour. Black may be indeed too elegant to wear in the office – especially when combined with high heels. But don’t forget the summer's here! And in the summer, it’s the colours that make you shine! For daily affairs, pick pastel colours to subtly stand out in the crowd.
Fason. Oczywiście, że koronka + wyszukany fason = sukienka koktajlowa. Więc nie szalejcie! Piękny materiał i kolor sam w sobie zagwarantuje Wam wyszukany efekt. Załóżcie białe albo kolorowe baletki, dużą, letnia torbę, przeciwsłoneczne okulary i wyglądacie i czujecie się jak w reklamie D&G kręconej w Rzymie…;)
The cut. Obviously: lace + fine cut = cocktail dress. So don’t overdo it! Beautiful fabric and the colour itself are more than enough to produce an exquisite effect. Add white or colourful flats, big summer bag, sunglasses and voilà: enjoy the sensation of being in a D&G commercial shot in Rome.
